Maintenance on miscellaneous web services

The servers responsible for LDAP management, the vColo password self-service portal, webmail and the SNT wiki will undergo regular maintenance.

Cloud vColo platform outage

A disk replacement caused a partial outage of our cloud platform

  • The disk issue has been resolved with no data loss.

    cPanel cPanel disk upgrade

    We are upgrading the disk of our cPanel server. Downtime and/or performance issues for at least half an hour are expected.

    cPanel Hornet & cPanel platform outage

    An issue with the machine running Hornet and cPanel is causing a major outage of both platforms and their hosted services.

  • The machine and all associated services are working again.

    Admin interface Outage Hornet, Pydio and Matrix Services

    Due to a database issue, authentication is currently unavailable for the Hornet admin interface and pydio. No data loss is expected.

    All websites should still be accessible.

  • The database server has been fixed and all dependent services should function normally.

    GitLab runners GitLab CI runners unavailable

    During maintenance an issue occurred with the GitLab CI Runner server.

    Cloud Cloud node unresponsive

    One of the cloud nodes has become unresponsive to commands. We're trying to resolve this issue with as little downtime as possible.

  • The cloud node is responsive again, but will require an update to be fully operational. Customers with a VM on ‘kletsmajoor’ are asked to fully shut down their VM and start it again at their earliest convenience.

    The Matrix Telegram bridge is experiencing a major outage.

    At this time the website and mail component of Hornet (cPanel) is experiencing a major outage.

  • cPanel has been restarted and has resumed its normal operation.
